Here are Third Coast Events, we want to take the pressure off of you, so you may enjoy the big celebration! We are here to provide vendor recommendations, create to-do lists, secure transportation, day of set-up/assistance, or the full blown planning experience. We strive to take your vision and turn it in to an unforgettable experience.
Below are some of our packages, but we can customize anything to meet your needs and budget. If you just need someone to set up reception site and tear down, we can do that at a much lower cost. The possibilities are endless.

DAY OF Wedding Package-$1,500
General
Three in-person or video meetings to discuss day of needs
Access to coordinator’s day of emergency kit
Wedding day timeline creation
Day of contact for all vendors
Ceremony
Rehearsal attendance and coordination (2 hours included)
Setting up any décor or ceremony related items at ceremony site
Carry out details of ceremony schedule
Assist with bride, groom and bridal party
Make sure all personal flowers are given out
Ceremony coordination
Processional and recessional coordination
Handing out programs if necessary
Direct bridal party and guests
Give cues to musicians
Coordinate receiving line
Clean up ceremony items
Reception
Set up any décor items such as: place cards, photos, menus, guest book, etc.
Ensure vendors fulfill contract obligations and receive any day of payments
Direct bridal party to be introduced in the reception
Assist with any unforeseen issues that may arrive
Take care of any special needs for guests, bride, groom and bridal party
Pack up all décor and meet site’s closure requirements
Partial Pre-Planning Package- $3,000
